Hot air balloon
this week we had to read an story about this hot air ballon and it wasnt that hard but the story was leaving diffcult answers for me to get,we also had to make a new slide and take a video of your self reading the article.Then you needed to answer these questions about the article.

This week we had to write a Summary about an article but make it into your own words, the reviwew I picked was ”Instagram should add restrictions to under-16 accounts”.For my opinion i think Instagram should due to the things that some people are not prompt for so i suggest to take care of your well being cause the things on insta can harm and humiliate you.
Mata i pusi
This week me and my reading group had read a book called ”Mata i pusi” a Samoan book anyone could read.The book was about how a grandma and granddaughter the granddaughter was embarrassed that she had her grandma covered the mirrors with a curtains.And when she went to school people would talk about it so she felt very embarrassed that her nana also walked her to school and she felt very guilty for being embarrassed but she couldn’t help it.Then while her nana was walking her to school her nana was telling her how to be her culture self.
Mata i Pusi – Word art
This week me and my reading group read a book called Mata i pusi its a Samoan story but anyone could read it,well reading it we had to write many different words into a shape.It was a very interesting book to read maybe sometime you could read it, the word shape is called word art.:)

Today we had to read an article about Olympics and an opening ceremony, the article had me really intrigued by it’s words and the describing everything I felt like I could almost imagine being there watching them verse for fun.People usually join for fun some join to win people try there best for the Olympics which is good people also prefer to watch it by spectating.
SUMMARISE
So this week we are going to learn about Matariki once again cause Matariki is not over.Matariki is basically celebrating the stars and stuff because they make the world a better place and peace.My summerise is about a story that I had read about it was about the story of the sun and Matariki and the six daughters.And they had helped bring the sun back during there travel around the world,even though it was the past the story still carry on as the stars guide us in the right directions.
The Matariki Story – Week 8 Term 2
Hey guys! Its Bonnie and Im going to be telling you about what I learnt about Matariki this pass week I’d say its been fun learning about this and that.We had to watch a video about the stars and Matariki , matariki is the oldest sibling I think I mean she is the one who keeps them in order and stuff. I made a poster about Waipuna -a – rangi and she is a star that has a gift that is to control the sky, air and the rain that comes down since its part of the sky right. The other 5 stars are things you can learn from google like, Waiti is like a star that looks after the fresh water, rivers, stream. She even looks after the sea creatures, She also has a twin named Waita she is a star that looks after the ocean to make the world a better place in the furture every star is there to help and create and share.
